How does the fuel delivery actually work? ⌄
Once you're a member, you tell us your delivery address and preferred schedule — or we can set it to automatic when your tank hits a quarter full. Our driver arrives at your location, fills your tank using a licensed mobile fuel unit, takes a photo of the completed fill, and sends it directly to you. Your car stays locked the entire time. You don't need to be present.
Is the fuel the same quality as what I'd get at a gas station? ⌄
Yes. We deliver the same grades of gasoline (Regular, Mid-Grade, Premium) that you'd purchase at major branded stations. Our fuel meets all Georgia state standards and is sourced from licensed distributors. Quality is guaranteed — if you ever have a concern, we'll address it immediately.
Am I paying more for gas than I would at the pump? ⌄
The fuel itself is priced at the current pump price plus a small per-gallon premium — $0.15/gallon on the Professional plan. On a typical 15-gallon fill-up, that's $2.25 extra. Your membership fee covers the delivery service. Think of it like the difference between cooking at home and having groceries delivered — you pay a small convenience premium for a service that saves you significant time and effort.
What if I want to cancel? ⌄
You can cancel at any time before your next billing date with no cancellation fee and no penalty. We don't believe in locking people in. Our goal is to be so useful that you never want to leave — not to trap you with a contract. Founding member pricing is locked for life as long as your membership remains active.
What areas of Atlanta do you currently serve? ⌄
We're currently serving Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, and Dunwoody. We're expanding to additional Atlanta metro areas in the coming months. If you're outside these areas, join our waitlist and you'll be the first to know when we reach your neighborhood.
Is it safe to have someone fuel my car when I'm not home? ⌄
Absolutely. Every driver is background-checked, insured, and trained. Your car stays locked — our drivers access only the fuel door. You receive a photo confirmation at the end of every delivery so you can see exactly what happened. We carry full commercial liability insurance. And as a founding member, you have direct access to our founder if anything ever feels off.
How does the founding member rate work exactly? ⌄
Founding members lock in a $20/month discount on any plan, permanently. Essential goes from $99 to $79/month. Professional goes from $199 to $179/month. Executive goes from $349 to $329/month. This rate is yours for life as long as your membership stays active. We only offer this to the first 25 members — it's our way of saying thank you to the people who believed in us first.
